2) It appears only on that pages because they are default page templates and we've created them with the breadcrumbs. You could hide it with the custom css code. If you need that please let me know.

Unfortunately the breadcrumbs were not meant to be included on single post pages by design and this is why there is no such option for this by default. You can accomplish the desired look by you would need to make some custom code changes inside the default theme templates.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept any custom work at the moment, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
