I checked my info.php and all changes are applied ;(
max_input_vars = 5000\
max_execution_time = 300
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 258M
AND this is the worst thing.... i deleted one of default listing type and now i just have 4 listing types working.
This is a huge project to my city and i don't know what can i do to solve this problem, please help me and I installed it in a local server and i can't make changes too ;(

Please contact your hosting provider to see if there are some sever restrictions when it comes to increasing these values, or importing the content.
