    Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way to display any single image at its full size, or at least anything above 1000px? As you can see in the attached screen shots, the final resolution is just too small when the images are clicked in gallery mode.

Gallery mode seems to work fine for horizontal images, but fails for the vertical ones.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

    Regards,

    Kira F.

(PS: My site is still on local host. I will send direct link after I launch the live version)

    Hi Kira,

    Sorry for the late response!

This is happening because the images that you want to shown are just to big and they can't be shown in full size. You should try with a bit smaller resolution images to see if that will resolve the issue that you're having.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, thanks!

    Thank you. I'll try that.

However, is there a short code you can provide that might fix this issue, just in case?

    Hi again,

It did not work. As you can clearly see in my attached screenshot, an image as small as 850px on its longest side is STILL displayed at 344x532px. Please, is there ANY way to get rid of the padding/margins around the image so my work will display larger than thumbnail size???

I have been struggling to figure out the proper custom css that would fix this, but so far, no luck.

Thanks in advance. Your help is awaited and appreciated.

    Hello there,

Lightbox functionality is achieved with prettyphoto script, and because of responsiveness image option, image will be scaled to smaller size, and because of maintaining image proportions this will negatively effect images which are in portrait orientation because lightbox will often be shown smaller then image before clicking on a lightbox, and this will be present on smaller screens.

Because it is script functionality, this cannot be altered with additional css code, because it will not have priority to override css generated by the script.

If you don't like this, we can only suggest to disable light box, or if you send us a link to some of your pages which are using lightbox functionality we can try to disable light box only on smaller screens.

    Best Regards!
