    When it comes to contact form not showing, that is because you haven't installed the Contact Form 7 plugin before you have imported the demo content. Once you install the plugin, please just paste the following code to Contact/Add new and then just add the Contact Form 7 short code into desired page and everything should be ok http://screencast.com/t/yy0VAWyojmM
