Unfortunately such an option does not exist within WordPress. One post type can be exported / imported but only within same post type. You will have to create portfolio items manually and to copy content from each post to newly created portfolio post.

I was able to export my posts using WP All Export into a CSV, which included a column for featured image URL, and then imported those posts as Portfolio items using WP All Import, specifying the image URL to be the featured image URL.

I'd like to convert my blog posts which contain my photos as featured images into Elated portfolio items.
Is there an easy way to do this? Could I use WP All Import?
