    I have a fairly simple blog (each post contains one picture and some text) that I want to use Flow with. It contains nine years of blog posts, and before I do the conversion, I want to know if my existing content will import into the new format? When i read the documentation, it shows instructions for only importing demo content. 

    I want to be sure that my content will still exist when I install the new theme. Let me know. Thanks!

    Hello,

    You can import your posts, if they contain just a feature image some text. You need to export the posts from existing blog, make xml file and import that with the WordPress importer plugin.
