    Good morning, i'm having troubles importing the theme layouts / contents / widget etc...

    It seems like the download / upload of files doesn't work at all.

    I can only find some media files inside my media library after more than 10 hours of waiting...

    Can you please help me during the process? Maybe there is some conflict with the theme or i made some error during the process...

    I already installed the Theme, the Child theme and all the plugins of the theme.

    Hello,

    Thanks for buying this theme!

    Please try to increase these PHP values, because your issue is probably connected with the low PHP resources:

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 258M

    If you're not familiar with this you can ask your host to achieve this for you.

    If you still gave issue after this, please send us URL to your website as well as WP admin access, so that we can investigate further.

    Good evening,

    thank you for the fast reply. Can you please help me completing this task with some more information about how / where to put this code lines inside my wordpress site? I tried to contact my host with no results and at the same time i tried to achieve the fix you suggested with no results.
