Hi, downloaded, installed and activate Minnesota theme. Went down the wrong road in customization so wanted to get back to a pristine original state. De-activated the theme. Deleted the theme. Deleted pages and plugins.
Then reinstalled Minnesota (minnesota.zip and minnesota-child.zip) from the original download files. Can not longer see /find the sample pages? The list of available plugings is also very short now.
You probably need to activate theme again in Appearance > Themes . If this does not help you, please send us WP admin access and link to your website, so that we can inspect this closer?
