Just bought your moose theme and im having some trouble with it :
under visual composer and slider plugin it gives me :
"Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer"
"You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code. "
looking in documentation I don't get these codes , how do I register the plugins then?
also plugin problem :
Installation of the "Elated Core" plugin is essential for proper theme functioning. Please install this plugin and activate it" , but when trying to install I get : Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
1. We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Layer Slider), and we can't give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don't get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.
You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.
2. Regarding required plugins installation, first check if you are trying to install the plugin from administrator account. Also, make sure that main theme is active, and in case that you are using multisite installation or if you are still having problems installing it try to install it manually.
