I am trying to upload the mosse.zip file ( also there is a moose-child.zip, let me know if i have to upload that too) and the theme page shows an error. also tried the ftp.
the screenshot I attached shows the screen that appears after loading. pls advice
So sorry for all the trouble but all issues are related to your host.
Are you sure to do this is WordPress messages which means that max upload file size PHP directive is low (lower then the theme file which you are trying to upload), so contact your host and ask them to increase it.
Regarding T_PAAMAYIM error, problem is simple, you have to contact your hosting support, and to tell them to increase server PHP version to version 5.4. Please, notice that required version by WP https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ - PHP 5.6
