I really love the design of the Flow theme, but am having some issues implementing it.
1. I can't figure out how to install the "split flow" configuration (http://flow.elated-themes.com/flow1/split-flow/). I imported all of the widgets and options from that flow, but it didn't really help. My site still doesn't have a slider at the top and the posts are not in list form, for instance.
2. Loading times when I click on a post entry or when I click back to the main page seem very high, sometimes up to 3 seconds. I don't have many plugins and I wasn't experiencing this with the last theme I used, so I think it must be something on your end. Is there some aspect of the theme that could be disabled to reduce this delay. I think the theme is essentially unusable if load times are this high.
3. When I click back after viewing a post, it takes me to the top of the main page. This is unusual behavior - generally when you click back on a website you're taken back to the same point on the previous page you were viewing. Is there a way to adjust this?
2) In order to improve speed of the website, you need to ask your server to imrove server response time, since it takes to much tome to load. Also you need to optimaze all images, since they take more then 2 sec to load http://screencast.com/t/AtLyEST5
3) There is no option for this unfortunatley.

It means that you need to increase PHP resources. Please increase these values or if you're not familiar with this, ask your host to achieve this for you:

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
If you still have same issue, please send us WP admin access, so that we can inspect this closer?
