I am trying to import the demo content/widgets etc on a fresh install of the Blu theme. First I tried to import all types but now i am just trying to import content without media files but it has been stalled at 90% for an hour now.. please help
It is really starting to piss me off now! I have restarted my server and reinstall wordpress like 6 times now and I have still not been able to import the demo data! How long do I have to wait for support?

Please, note that we are starting at 9am CET.
There is no need to restart server in this case. This could be related to low resources on your server.

We tried using our One click import functionality, but it failed.
We could suggest to try using Native WordPress importer in http://screencast.com/t/TRTfz9YV
and there Import xml file you got from theme forest files when you've downloaded our theme.
This is common problem and happens mostly because of weak WP resources.
You should ask your hosting provider to modify you PHP settings according to this:
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000
Note that these values should be the same on both Master Value and Local Value sides.
After that you can retry demo import.

I had already changed my php.ini to ensure those variables are set higher.
My first attempt with the native importer resulted in a massive list of failures.
Second attempt just timed out on a blank screen.
Still cannot use your elated importer and get past 90%
Just seen on my Chrome console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 405 (Not Allowed)

As we could see, you have not changed php resources as we suggested. Please ask your host to increase these values for you:
max_execution_time = 300
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000
and then try to import content as we explained bellow.
Please keep in mind that import requires some necessary server adjustments, and you need to adjust it first.
