We have bought the extended licence for Visual Composer so that you can use it for free without buying the licence, and we can’t give you the license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. This only means that you can not update the VisualComposer automatically, but you need to wait for the update which will be included in latest theme updates, as soon as the new version of Visual Composer becomes available.

Its enabled in Add new page. What about "Dodaj nowy wpis" (Add new post) ? Its not available - or maybe Im wrong and we are not allowed to create new posts using Visual Composer?
In the previous post I have attached two screenshot - one from your theme (where I dont have option to build post using VC), and second one from my other theme where VC is also inclued and Im able to post using VC engine.
It is normal that it is not available in posts by default. You have to enable it from VC options http://screencast.com/t/1bngB6L227. Check posts now, it will be available.

I know, it might be quite silly, but...how to activate license for Visual Composer? When I try to activate it, it says that I have no licences.
NO LICENSES FOUND
What I supose to do now?
