When I write an article on my website I have to hit the enter button three times to create a whitespace between lines, while other themes give me this function after hitting the enter buttons twice, like all text editors.

    Why is this?

    Hello,

We can not replicate this issue. Could you please send some video here to see how it happens?

We would really appreciate it, since we can not replicate this even we were inside of your dashboard?

    Thanks

I cannot create a video, but please follow these steps:

    1. create a new post (or check the TEST one I just made)
    2. start typing some text and hit the ENTER button, a white line/space is created
    3. hit the preview button and see that this white line/space isn't there
    4. Feel free to test it on my Test post and see the screenshot for more guidance.

Is this because I made some adjustments (see other tickets) for setting the languages right? Or because I made another adjustment to show the post without an featured image?

Or did something went wrong with the functions php as I changed this for language?

    Hello,

We don't see any issue. If you hit enter, new line will be shown on the front page. Do you want more spaces between line of text? Sorry but we still can not figure out what do you want to achieve here?

    Thanks

In other Wordpress sites I just have to hit the Enter button once to create a 'white line', in this one I have to hit it twice.

    (I just hit it once)

In the backend you'll see the white line (as you can see in this particular message too, but in this case the text will continue at the next line,
like this. (this is done by hitting Shift+Enter)..

So the Admin part gives me a white line, the front end doesn't.

    Hello,

In this theme, you need to hit double enter in order to create double line height. We have tested on local and it works like that by default.

    Thanks

I still think this is not the way it should be, right now all my posts are without white lines, that means I'll have to change them all and put extra enters in all of them. That will take far too much time (there are about 300 posts on my website), so please tell me if there's a way around this. Can I change the css in order to get the <p>'s back?

If not I will ask for a refund. This theme isn't satisfying at all, I had several issues with it (just check my other tickets).

    Hello,

There is no other way, since it is only solution. You should ask first here, before you made over 300 posts. You can submit a refund, but note envato refund policy is really strict and it will be approved only if we can not solve your issue here.

This team works like that and it is not bug. We hope you can understand that!

Let us know if you need anything else!

    Thanks

In that case I will stop using your theme, as it gives me a lot of troubles. If Envato has a strict policy, good for them. Then I will not get my money back, that's not the end of the world for me.

But your theme isn't suitable for me, as I thought it was a nice one to redesign my website with. But it has some problems which cannot be changed, or only with a lot of effort, or just with a plugin.

It took me hours already to open tickets, reply to them, try things for myself and so. That's really frustrating. Next time I'll ask before.

    Hello,

We are sorry if you had a lot of troubles. What we want to say that you should ask something before you start to create posts. If you change your mind we are here for any help. We hope you will decide to use this theme in the future, since we've got so many positive responses from other users.

    Thanks
