I've been having a few issues with your theme. The most recent is with the uploading of 'featured images' to posts. They all seem to upload without issue (on multiple accounts and computers) but when it comes to editing the image itself OR viewing it on the live website in certain frames, the images are all broken.
You don't need to create new user. You can send us your admin credentials or if you want you can create new user with admin privileges and send username and password. It's up to you.

1) Could you please send us screen shots of icons, since we can not replicate any issue with them?
2) Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins, since server does not retrieve any thumbnails from database. As you could see images are visible in single post, but not in blog list on a page. It could be connected with plugins conflict with your hosting. Please check both of them.
