    Hi,

    I am having an issue with thumbnail sizing. Ive tried several times to make the thumbnail sizing smaller. Either the photo is too large in the thumbnail or there i a gray are next to the photo when hovering over with the mouse. I have attached a screen shot of the gray area I am trying to get rid of.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    It is featured image and it should not be thumbnail. I can send you css code to decrease size of image, but it is not the best practice. We advise you to use 1100x730px image size, so it will fill all empty gap.

    Let us know how it works!

    Thanks

    Hello,

    1) Please add this css code in Elated Options > General > Custom CSS field:

    .eltd-blog-holder.eltd-blog-single article .eltd-blog-audio-holder, .eltd-blog-holder.eltd-blog-single article:not(.format-audio) .eltd-post-image {
          width:660px !important;
    }

     2)  We advise you to import demo content first in Elated Options > Import and then to set desired  page in Settings > Reading > set desired page as a static front page. Then you would be able to set your posts in slider, instead of default posts from the demo.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

    1. Create some test page, and create blog slider according to your needs and with desired category selected, and then copy raw shortcode from the page and paste it inside slider shortcode field on a page where you want to display it, like this http://screencast.com/t/lqWIFXchev

     2. Image on about page is single image element, so you can edit it from the page http://screencast.com/t/Xj3aRCEl

    Best Regards!

    Hi,

    Im sorry but I don't know what a test page is and how to create a raw shortcode? Is there a step by step or a tutorial I can follow?

    Hi again,

    Test page is newly created page just of the purpose of creating blog slider on it so you can then copy its shortcode from the page, and you can delete test page afterwards.

    All the Best!

    Hi again,

    Regarding about section, you were actually referring to about me and text widget within side area, and for changing that image, you have to change image path which you already did http://screencast.com/t/LkgGRb44b .

    Regarding blog slider, create some test page, and add blog slider to it and of course configure blog slider to your liking http://screencast.com/t/xvzQB8ZLqON, tehn switch to text editing mode, and copy raw shortcode for blog slider and omit opening and closing row and column shortcodes http://screencast.com/t/HtIaxLdE . Finally edit your home page or some page where you want to display blog slider at the top for the page like in our demo, and paste previously copied shortcode to slider shortcode filed on that page http://screencast.com/t/7KxMVwRb and for my example result is this http://screencast.com/t/oAkcguwyz.

    If you are still unable to create slider after this, then please send us WP admin access and a login link in your next PRIVATE REPLY since this is public ticket and we will try to set it up for you.

    Best Regards!

    Hello there,

    This custom CSS code should remove the gray area and center the featured image: http://screencast.com/t/i8MvPO4E

    .eltd-blog-holder.eltd-blog-single article .eltd-blog-audio-holder, .eltd-blog-holder.eltd-blog-single article:not(.format-audio) .eltd-post-image {
          width:660px !important;
    margin: 0 auto !important;
    }

    Hope that helps.
