Hi I installed both child and main theme and can't see the 'Elated Options' link on the left side at all. I also can't seem to import the demo content due to above fact. Please can someone get back to me - I asked 24 hours ago and still no reply. It urgent please assist with both ASAP.

Thanks for that but I still have all these problems...
- I still can't see the Frontend Editor! Please see attached 1 and 2.
- Once on the page there is no demo content (Probably because front end editor is not active? Or is something else wrong). Please see attached 3.
- Also, does the theme use revolution slider? If yes I also cant see that...
- I tried to replace the featured image for eg HONOURING YOUR DEADLINES on slider flow but the image would not change. Is this also due to the Frontend editor being out of action or what is the issue there? Am I changing stuff in the wrong place? I could not find anywhere else to change it.
Just nothing seems to be working, please can you ensure all elements are setup and working as it should. Appreciate your help. Thanks T
2. Demo - that is because you need to import demo content as explained in documentation http://flow.elated-themes.com/documentation/ , and we have done that for you so demo content is now present.
3. This theme doesn't have Revolution Slider
4. That page is using blog template https://www.screencast.com/t/GeAERETYSXm which means that it is listing blog posts so to change featured image of some post you need to edit that post.

Morning, please can you get back to me re my private posts asap. I need to decide if this theme i going to work for me or if I need to request a refund. I have wasted days now trying to get stuff to work. I really appreciate your help. T
Also, PS, sorry. I think the issue might be that I can't update WP Bakery - can you maybe do that for me please? See screenshot - its says its active but at the bottom of the yellow block it says 'Please visit setting to activate'. Please don't send me generic advice - I have done everything you said and its still not working as it should. There is obviously some weird issue with my installation for which normal advice isn't working for. Thanks so much T

Ok I think what might be best is to show u what I am trying to achieve...Please see 'bb.png' attached. The way I want my site to look is on the right, what I currently have is on the left. The image and descriptions should be self explanatory but basically I only want 3 x scrollers (as the top one) below one another, in which I can then have portfolio images such as logos, with NO blog description / name and NO click through link to the actual blog page. IE I actually just need a scroller but not sure if you have that in the theme...Ref to 2.jog and 3.jpg as well - as mentioned - I have set the images and blog no (3309) on my page and its not working.
If I can have these things sorted I will be 90% there, please can you advise / assist.
Lastly, what I was saying in my previous post, on previous sites that I worked on, that had WP bakery installed, I could SEE in the backend editor what was on the page (ref screenshot 2018 - 02 - 19) attached. Why cant I SEE the slider / blog widget and whatever is below it. Its hard working on the page 'blind'...If that makes any sense?
Regarding the issue with sidebar, you need to set desired (Custom) widget area in Elated Sitebar page settings
Before that you need to add some desired widgets within that Widget area
2. Regarding the Blog post slider, you can create a new test page >> Add Blog Slider shortcode >> add some desired post IDs in Blog Slider Settings >> switch to Classic Mode and then copy that shortcode. After that you need to paste it into Slider Shortcode field
You can see post ID within Location Bar, when you go to alter some post.
3. Please note that Blog Page templates have some predefined layout and style (if you set some blog template for some page, on that page will be generated only blog posts, but there is no option to add some content above/below the Blog List.

1. You can try to add this css in Elated Options >> General >> Custom CSS field:
.eltd-blog-slide-item .eltd-blog-slide-post-info {display:none;
} .eltd-blog-holder article .eltd-post-text {
display:none;
}
