Hi I have just bought the theme and there are a few questions I would like to ask:
1/ I couldn't find the WPML plugin within my theme bundle
2/ I have a problem with activating my Slide Revolution plugin, where there are errors of "Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-1 not found." shown.
I am also unsuccessful to activate the plugin without a registration code.
3/ At Elato options: I have set my header with the logo in the middle and splitting the rest of the headers. However, I realise this design only appears in my landing page but not the rest of my pages (eg. services), see attached screenshots, can you kindly advise please?
4/ I have also created a new menu and used it as my main navigation - however it doesn't reflect on my pages apart from my services page, see attached screenshots, Can you kindly advise please?

1. WPML plugin is not included in the item package, it's a premium plugin that needs to be purchased separately. The plugins that are included are marked as "included" on TF
WPML is marked as "compatible"
2. The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don't have to activate them and they'll work for you regardless of that. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
3. This is because per page options for header are overwriting global ones.
Understanding difference between Global Options and Page Options. As an example we are going to focus on "Header Type" and "Header Skin" options.
a) Global Options are represented in Dashboard > Theme Options. For this example we are going to focus on Theme Options > Header. You can set Header Type and Header Skin here, and this will be applied to all the pages on your website, except from the pages that have Page Options set also.
b) Page Options are represented in Dashboard > Pages > find and Edit single Page > scroll towards the bottom. If the Page Options are set, these options will override the Global Options. So if you want all pages to use same options, you want to set these Page Options to "Default" value, only then it will use whatever you have set in Global Options.
4. Go to Appearance > Menus and make sure your menu items are assigned to proper menu locations
